How do I participate in a Kith Drawing for limited releases?
To participate in a Kith Drawing, you must download the Kith App and create an account. Open the 'Drawings' tab to see active launches, select your size, and enter your shipping and payment information. If selected, your order will be processed automatically.
What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that all limited-edition releases, collaboration items, and items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Does Kith ship internationally?
Yes, Kith ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that some brand restrictions may apply to certain regions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Due to our high volume of orders and rapid fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed. Please ensure all shipping and sizing information is correct before completing your purchase.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on the Kith website or app.
